Terms and Conditions

USE OF OUR WEBSITE:

By using the Vash website and placing orders through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Use the website to make legitimate inquiries and place valid orders only.
  2. Do not make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order is deemed to be false or fraudulent, Vash reserves the right to cancel it and inform the appropriate authorities.
  3. Provide accurate and truthful information, including your email address, postal address, and other contact details. Vash may use this information to communicate with you regarding your order if necessary.
  4. Failure to provide all the required information may prevent you from placing your order.

 

CONTRACT:

After placing an order on the Vash website, you will receive an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation via email or message.

 

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulties in the supply of products or if items are out of stock, Vash reserves the right to offer substitute products of the same value. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, Vash will provide a refund for any payment made.

 

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:

Vash strives to process all orders but reserves the right to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation. This may occur in exceptional circumstances. Vash also reserves the right to remove any product from the website or modify any material or content without liability for not processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation.  

 SHIPPING POLICY: 

      1. Your orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment                  verification.

      2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the                following business day.

      3. Any delays or issues with order processing will be communicated to you              promptly.

 

DELIVERY:

  1. Vash aims to deliver orders within the time-frame indicated in the Delivery Confirmation or, if not specified, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
  2. Unforeseen circumstances or delivery zone issues may cause delays in delivery.
  3. Delivery is considered complete once you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods and signs the receipt at the delivery address.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT:

  1. Vash makes every effort to ensure accurate prices on the website, but errors may occur. If an error in the price of a product you have ordered is identified, Vash will notify you promptly and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If Vash cannot contact you, the order will be considered canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
  2. Vash is not obligated to provide a product at an incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognized by you.
  3. Prices may change at any time.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY:

  1. Vash provides 5 days for returns from the date of delivery.
  2. Returns within the specified time frame will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the products, excluding delivery charges. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's store wallet.
  3. Certain product categories, such as caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, tank tops, baby tees, and stationary items like stickers, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Vash reserves the right not to accept returns of products that have been used, washed, soiled, or damaged, except in the case of goods delivered to you in a damaged condition.
  5. Reverse pickup of products will be arranged by Vash only after confirmation by the Customer Experience Team. Defective products should be reported to info@vash.co.in, and once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, reverse pickup will be arranged within 7 days.
  6. The product packaging must be intact when returning the product.

g.g. Vash relies on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc., for product delivery and pickup.

  1. In the case of an exchange, customers are responsible for one-way delivery charges, which will be credited back to the customer's store wallet after the product quality check is completed.
  2. Gift wrapping services are not available for replacements.
  3. If a sale item is returned, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, not the current product price.
  4. Refunds will be initiated in the customer's Vash store wallet within 7 working days from the date of the returned order, subject to passing the quality check.
  5. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded for returned goods.
  6. Vash reserves the right to refuse a refund request if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior is found.

 

CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION:

  1. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the Vash customer service team will call you to confirm the order before shipping it.
  2. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reverted, and the customer needs to place a new order.
  3. Orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing status.
  4. Changes to an order can be made before it has been shipped by contacting Vash directly. Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.

 

TAXES:

Purchases made through the Vash website are subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, cesses, etc.

 

INVOICE:

An invoice will be provided with the products upon delivery.
